In this my most recent work I’m endeavouring to provide less information, less form, less colour by over painting what I have initially created. It’s a push of challenge for me, which sometimes works, or I continue adding or taking away. Texture of the paint contributes to the image as much as colour. So for me it’s a relationship that fascinates.
